THE JOB
- Under the direction of a Compliance Manager, provides advice on the interpretation and implementation of compliance policies and evaluates the compliance implications of planned business activities or process changes. Provides subject matter expertise on the specific business area and advises businesses and relevant third parties as needed.
- Works directly with legal staff and others to resolve compliance problems. Provides employees with training, and has contact with senior business management within the firm. Relied upon to make independent compliance decisions relevant to their specific function or area.
- Identifies areas of improvement and modifies compliance procedures or processes. Monitors the effectiveness within area of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
-Fluency in English or Japanese, and business level of the other
-Out-of-box thinker who can lead an organization through change, and provide ideas constantly evolve the systems and processes
-Flexibility in maneuvering through frequent process and system changes to produce the end deliverables
-Strong analytic skills
