Our client is a leeding European Investment manager with a large, well established team in Japan and a very strong product portfolio. They are currently needing to expand their Legal team with an associate legal counsel.
JOB CONTENTS
* Helping to prepare and review product and investment documents
* Creating documentation
* Provide legal advice
*Assist with regulatory inspections
REQUIREMENTS
* 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
* qualified lawyer
* Japanese native with strong english
