This position is a HR Manager for Shared Services
- Provide full range of HR functional support to businesses including: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Retention and development, Employee relations and HR operation compliance
- Standardize HR policies for all company entities
- Providing HR support such as orientation, terminating, communication, processing monthly payroll, HRIS data management, training & development activities
- Global and local reporting
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Solid Human Resources management is essential
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a HR field with leadership skills
- Hands on capability in HR operations particularly in C&B
- HRIS Skills
- Native Japanese level with strong command of English
- Familiar with local Labor Law is essential
- M&A experience is desirable
