職務内容 The Position
This position is a HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role.
Support of HR and work within the recruitment team to hire staff for new and replacement position: Averaging 35-60 positions (between the recruitment team)
Work with Hiring Manager and HR team to be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring appropriate candidates within the deadline
Build relationships with recruiting agents, and to share information in a way that is a smooth candidate
Continuous review of recruitment methods to respond to market changes
Use the quality and efficiency indicators of hiring, including the hiring period, cost, and turnover rate
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with Recruitment agencies, online platforms to bring in the best staff for each position
Conduct constructive and collaborative relationships with superiors and peers.
Be flexible and highly motivated
University Degree
Over 3 years recruitment experience (direct sourcing would be well received)
Knowledge of Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (Admired)
