As the Talent Management Manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to support the growth of people’s potential and engage the best leading talent in the market. · Develops and administers various human resources plan for Staff performance management, employee relations and talent audits
· Managing the Quality & Skills improvement programs as well as the internship program
· Reflect the company’s strategy into actions for recruitment. Advice business on recruitment activities & sourcing strategies.
· Strong motivation, independent and great energy.
