職務内容 The Position
This position is a Senior HR Manager role
- Provide full range of HR functional support including; Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Administrations, Employee relations, Talent Development and Compensation & Benefits.
This role will have a subordinate and report direct to the GM in Japan and a dotted line to the HR VP in Hong Kong.

• University graduate
• Solid HR experience with management experience
• Good working knowledge of Japan employment law is essential
• Highly motivated, can work independently, positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
• Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges
• Comfortable in working in fast paced environment
• Native level Japanese, Advanced level English
• Good time management, able to multi task and can work under high pressure
