職務内容 - The Position:
This is an L&D Specialist || L&D スペシャリスト position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives that align with the HR strategy with Learning and Development. Following activities such as Driving Learning & Development activities to develop a learning organization and L&D activities and other people related activities across the company. By strengthening the Japanese team in ways that are both simple and effective, you will correspond closely with the HR BP and Managers as well as other training departments in global business divisions across the globe.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
· Good experience in experience in learning & development and communication. Have track record in planning, designing and conducting trainings as well as designing and providing communication
· Knowledge about L & D concepts And practices
· Knowledge about Communication aspects and impact
· Ability to work effectively with all levels of people both locally and globally
