- Promotion of global project of personnel (Participation in Fusion project for the purpose of switching to a new personnel system)
- Correspondence of personnel information management system PSFT at the time of organization change and personnel change
- Personnel data management and analysis, Proposal type personnel report creation
- Human resource information system and time system revision accompanying revision of employment rules
- Other personnel related work

- Basic knowledge on tax and social insurance
