Job Description
Key responsibilities:
・Internal consultation on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, etc)
・Intellectual property rights investigation and licensing work
・Portfolio management of intellectual property rights globally
・Measures against infringement of intellectual property rights
・Responding to contracts
・In-house education and awareness-raising activities
Requirements
・3 years or more experience on Intellectual property in a IP department
・Invention creation, patent applications, intermediate procedures, surveys experience
・Excellent communicator
・Native Level Japanese
・Business Level English
