This is an Human Resources Business Partner position with 2 subordinates
This position covers the following responsibilities:
-Employee relations management
-Develop policies, programs, and solutions
-Interpret human resources policy to company management

Requirements
Bachelors degree
8-10 years experience in HR (experience in HRIS is a plus)
Knowledge of Japan labor related laws and registrations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
