こちらのチームでは、“顧客体験”（あるいは消費者体験）を中心に据えたサービスをデザインし、企業と生活者との関係性の設計・構築を全般的に支援します。また、デジタルビジネスの事業戦略の策定および実行を通じて、お客さま企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現します。

＜ソリューション例＞
■サービスデザイン
企業のサービスを顧客体験を中心に、企業と消費者の関係全般をデザインします。新たなサービスを実行し成果につなげる為の計画策定、実行後の継続的な評価・改善も行います。

■デジタルビジネス事業戦略策定
デジタル化時代に即し、顧客体験を中心に据えた事業戦略策定、および実現に向けた実行計画の策定を行います。

■先端ソリューション開発／プロトタイピング
デジタルチャネル上のサービスに留まらない現実空間上の製品プロトタイピングや、先端テクノロジーのビジネス活用を支援します。

Requirements
【Basic Qualifications】
・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)

Demonstrated experience in:
・Understanding of Design.
・Proven experience in service design (vision / concept formulation, new business / service development, Web / Mobile service planning)
・Understanding of Creative design thinking.
・Experience with or understanding of vision・statement, future vision, roadmap, product evolution mapping.
・Experience in new business formulation.

【Preferred Skills】
・Experience or understanding in design consulting projects.

【Professional Soft Skills】
・Have penetrating insight of technology trends and consumer trends.
・Excellent communication skills.
・Comfortable working in a team collaboration environment.
