Job Description
■ Hotline Consultations
⇒ Respond to hotline messages and consultations from store employees in Japan and and headquarters
* Survey work: Collect various kinds of information necessary for stakeholders extract necessary information, gather evidence and fact finding
■ Periodic training and e-learning according to employee's position, grade, etc.
⇒ Compliance training regularly conducted to employees in Japan, will cooperate with each department to create content, prepare materials, provide training.
Every year, will be responsible for confirming implementation progress and updating the contents of E-Learning and E signature, which are applied to all global employees.
■ Improve employees' awareness of compliance and foster ethical perspectives
⇒ We will engage in awareness-raising activities for employees to improve compliance within the group.
■ Operation of the Code of Conduct Committee
⇒ In charge of Code of Conduct Committee (held once a month) to deliberate important issues, as well as to draw structural problems from issues that are occurring throughout the company and further
We are working to improve compliance.
⇒ We are currently working on establishing an organization of Code of Conduct in each country other than Japan aiming at a system that resolves global hotline projects correctly.
Work with the global legal representative to work on establishing a code of conduct organization.
In addition, we will actively participate in improving compliance within the group in collaboration with legal personnel from all over the world.
Requirements
Experience in retail sales, customer center service
Relevant work in compliance, survey, employee consultation, personnel department
Logical thinking, good organizational skill,
Strong problem solving skills
TOEIC (800) or equivalent English proficiency.

Full-time employee (No fixed period, with trial period (3 months))
