Job Description
・Drafting, reviewing, negotiating a variety of domestic and foreign contracts
・Analyzing legal risk in daily work and projects
・Handling trouble and disputes such as date management, exchange with external attorneys, collection of necessary documents etc.
・Efficiency improvement and standardization of the business
Requirements
・5 years or more experience at a legal department
・Experience of review, drafting, and negotiation on Japanese and English contracts
・Excellent negotiation skills
・Team player
