Job Description
This is a HR Business Partner position.
You will be taking responsibility for one of the Business Divisions providing HR Consultation and support for the overall HR including;
- Organizational Design, Change & Development,
- Talent Management and succession planning
- Providing suitable advice for the overall HR Processes; performance management, compensation planning, employee relations
Requirements
Over 5 years plus experience as a HR Professional
Experience in multinational company
People management
Understanding of business strategy
Fluent in Japanese and Business level English
