職務内容 - The Position:
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. Supporting the HR team, the Candidate is expected to operate in partnership with several stakeholders in Japan as a trusted partner for them supporting achieve business goals and objective by effectively delivering solutions.
Purpose of the role:
•Provide and enhance administrative support to Japan HR team to effectively deliver our HR services to managers.
•Support the C&B team around the insurance and benefit administration.
•Provide professional support in recruiting and learning areas by closely working with HR Business Partners.
•Responsible for production for various reports/statistics required by regulators, business managers and HR team via HR Services team in Dalian
•Work with other HR colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of HR function and to contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives.
