職務内容 - The Position:
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. Supporting the HR team, the Candidate is expected to operate in partnership with several stakeholders in Japan as a trusted partner for them supporting achieve business goals and objective by effectively delivering solutions.
Purpose of the role:
•Strategic leadership of the Talent Acquisition agenda for designated Business Units
•Management of offshore sourcing and administrative support aligned to the delivery and facilitation of Talent Acquisition and working with stakeholders in a number of locations.
•Continuous Innovation in the field of Talent Acquisition ensuring the organization has a robust and long term delivery plan supported by a competitive presence in the required talent markets
•Ownership of Resourcing spend ensuring appropriate visibility of cost
•Management of the Workday Recruitment Process
•Active recruitment and ownership of delivery for hiring requirements primarily for roles within Japan.
