Job Description
This is a HR Manager role,
Working closely with both GM and Senior leadership member driving the full spectrum of Human Resources including, Talent and performance management, succession planning, compensation & benefits.

- Employee Evaluations (Performance Management) Quarterly Evaluation
- Labor Law & Regulations
- Bring Structure to the entire business
- C&B - System / Grading market average
- Fluent English as will communicate with Singapore
Requirements
- Strong HR Experience, with HR Generalist background
- Understanding Talent competencies and needs for each area of the business
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Labor Laws
