Job Description
Has total responsibility for all activities of Accounting and Treasury, as well as all aspects of Internal Controls and Risk Management. Has following three responsibilities concurrently in accordance with policies and objectives approved by senior management and Head Quarters in NY. :
Accounting Director’s responsibilities for the maintenance of all accounting records, general accounting, cost accounting, payables and receivables, fixed asset and inventory management, insurance, internal control, SOX, credit controls, financial statements preparation and analysis, Finance BCP, as well as outside and internal audit.
Treasurer’s responsibilities for managing and investing the company’s funds and assets, short and long term financing, risk protection, and money management.
Tax responsibilities for tax planning, statutory filing, withholding tax administrations, tax filings, as well as tax payments and tax audits. Work with E&Y for tax returns preparation.
Sales audit responsibilities managing the Sales Accounting function and supporting accounts receivable function, including the development of revenue recognition policies and guidance,
the development and delivery of training on these to retail personnel, and the implementation of monitoring and reconciliation procedures.

Requirements
• US-CPA holder or equivalent (proving the understanding of framework of accounting and tax).
• Experience of Accounting management over 5 years at minimum.
• Has managed 5 or larger team
• Excellent in communicating in English both in writing and speaking
• Understanding of Internal control (SOX) - audit experience is a plus
• Experience in handling various tax inspection and financial audit
