Job Description
Responsible for the smooth running of the contract process for Japan.
- Ensure the well running of the Contract Management process
- support caretakers in the initial phase to check for completness, accuracy, and ensure that the correct stakeholders are included
- ensure post signing phase is well managed
- provide statistics of systems and processes
- train staff on contract
- ensure proper handling of Hanko
- manage and improve daily operations and improve upon processes
- ensure communication of services to employees and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3yrs experience working at a company legal dept
- knowledge of the contract process including IT system and related collaboration tools
- cross-functional skill, tax, legal, business accounting
- excellent communications skills both interpersonal and negotiation skills
- decision making and problem solving
