Job Description
This a manager position role for the Payroll & HR Contact services
- Manage, lead and train 10 subordinates within the payroll team.
- Drive high quality and continuous improvement for payroll processes
- Manage budgets and resource planning in respected areas
- Vendor management and support Audit work
- Learn and deploy necessary localization of the processes based on legal requirements
Requirements
- Solid management experience
- Engaging and motivating leadership
- Knowledge in Japanese income Tax and resident taxation and social securities
- Understanding of C&B in Japan
