- handle payroll and social insurance of 60 people in Japan (payroll is partially outsourced)
- introduce cloud-base time management system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational payroll and social insurance
- proactive mindset and attitude to challenge conventions
- native Japanese and fluent English
- speaking Mandarin is a plus
