This is an Engineer Recruiter position
- Hiring 20-30 engineers a year for R&D and TD (Technical Development) team
- Direct sourcing and referral (Linkedin, Bizreach, Daijob, Career Carver etc)
- International hiring from Singapore and Europe to bring talented engineers into Japan market
Requirements
- Fluent English, no Japanese required
- Direct sourcing experience from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment experience with engineers
