This is a position as: Head of HR||人事部長.

Executes HR policies and procedures in our support offices and stores across Japan; oversee all employment law-related cases; and ensure positive employee relations with the purpose of protecting the company from any employment related liability; all while staying current on employment trends.
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
•Experience as a HR Manager specifically dealing with retail / service staff employee.
•Experience in retail or luxury industry is a plus.
•Managing 2 staff (Manager and non-manager)
•Sound knowledge of Japanese employment law and practices developed through experience in Employee Relations
•Strong character, High flexibility and adaptability
