Job Description
As an administrative assistant, your job duties will include:
•Writing reports, summarizing data
•Create business cards
•Client/staff correspondence over phone/e-mail
•Arranging deliveries to clients such as telegrams and flowers
•Support with company greeting cards
•Expenses and invoice processing
•Assist with insurance (such as fire and overseas travel insurance)
•Negotiation with external vendors
Requirements
