They are world-renowned and have achieved continual success in Europe, the US, and Asia, for more than 70 years. They are looking for a Business Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team.
Job Description
-Prepare global/internal reporting (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts, Budgeting)
-Provide financial analysis and support Japan functions
-Conduct Gross to Net analysis
-Support ad hoc information requests, projects and analysis from a financial perspective to inform decision making and drive process improvements
-Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
-Key interfaces include: CFO, Commercial BPAs, Corporate BPA, Accounting, Financial control
Requirements
University degree in economics, business, or related field
-Background/Experience (+3 years) in Finance/Accounting preferred
-Advanced level of Japanese & English language skills (Spoken and Written)
-Experience operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
-Excellent analytical ability
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Comfortable around Senior Management
