Major Pharmaceutical Company looking for Compliance staff to join team.
Job Description
Working closely with the Compliance Officer to provide support to Commercial and R&D operations:
Ensuring that the Compliance is applied throughout the company;
Provide compliance advice and support
Develop and implement compliance training
Execute and develop compliance monitoring programs,
Support task force on transparency reporting and compliance related system operations and management;
Support corporate audits and internal investigations if required and support privacy and data security matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related professional experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of related professional experience;
2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal or other internal control functions (healthcare section is preferred);
Fluency in Japanese and English (business level in oral and written);
Strong interpersonal skills, judgment and maturity;
Ability to manage priorities and provide high level of responsiveness across multiple stakeholders;
Ability to operate both independently and as part of a larger compliance group.
