Job Description
【職務内容】
As an executive assistant, you will be supporting 3-5 partners, with job duties including:
•Schedule management
•Business trip arrangements (both domestic and overseas)
•Act as correspondence for phone calls and e-mails Telephone
•Coordinate internal and external appointments, such as meetings and dinner reservations
•Arrange gifts, greeting cards, thank you notes and business card management
•Handle expenses and invoice processing
Requirements
【応募資格】
•Team work in order to cooperate with other secretaries
•Business English for phone and e-mail correspondence
•Some secretarial experience

•Previous executive secretary experience at a larger corporation
•Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Business level English ability (TOEIC 800 or higher)
