Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
•Daily expense/payment and monthly closing operation
•Travel and expense
•Accounts Payable
•Expense Analysis
Main Tasks:-
•Book-keeping of all payments and expenditures, including T&E, payroll, invoices, payment instruction, etc.
•Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
•Maintaining historical records, cost centers and any other expense reports
•Paying company employees by scheduling and verifying T&E reports
•Paying vendors and HQ office by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
•Fixed asset and lease asset management
•Preparing analyses of Expense PL and BS accounts and reconciliation reports
•Daily communication with overseas accounting outsourced firms
•Continuing to improve the payment process
Requirements
Requirement:
Minimum
•Education - BA/BS
•3 years’ experience in accounting
•Business level verbal and written English communication
•Customer-oriented mind
•Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results
•Communication with company employees and vendors
•Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
•Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
•Working experience in global companies
