Job Description
This is a Human Resources Manager position
Lead all HR activities in a fast paced, fast growing company.
Develop, plan operate and continuously improve personnel policies in anticipation of overseas expansion.
Planning and implementation of training and human resource development system
allocation of human resources within the company
Formulation and implementation of facilitation measures for internal communication
-Develop and implement engagement & motivation improvement measures
Management of personnel and Labor departments

Requirements
Experience and knowledge of general personnel who can fulfill the above business (personnel system design, labor, personnel measures, etc.)
