Job Description
Responsibilities include :
-Reviewing contracts and legal consultations.
-Analysis and examination of legal problems concerning various projects.
-Construction of a scheme based on applicable laws and regulations accompanying the launch of new services.
Requirements
-Experience in Legal work.
Preferred but not required :
-Lawyer qualification (Japan or USA)
-English Contract Review Experience.
