Job Description
Responsible for:
Business partnering- Work with business units to provide advice on risks and risk management
Contracting- Draft, advise, negotiate, review various types of contracts
Communication materials review - Advise on external materials
Compliance investigation - Lead investigations on compliance concerns
Requirements
Law Degree
2 yrs PQE in either firm or in house position (health care preferred)
Lawyer Qualification required either Japan or Foreign Qualified
