Job Description
Purpose: This Job is to continue to seek high level of accuracy and timeliness in operations, focusing on Japan fund accounting area.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Daily operations of fund accounting and monitoring of outsourcer (sub/red, price monitoring, unit price delivery), support of fund audit and regulatory reporting, gate keeper of inquiries about fund accounting, troubleshooting, middle office services, fund launch and early redemption.

国内投資信託および投資顧問に関するオペレーション業務
業務内容
 国内投資信託の日次業務やアウトソース先のモニタリングを正確にタイムリーに実行する
 アウトソース先や受託からの計理/例外事項/口座管理に関する問い合わせに適切な指示を行う
 約定や資金フローに関し、アウトソース先でカバーできない分野においてフォローを行う
 ファンドや一任口座の新設および償還/解約について、社内外の関係者と調整を行う
 カストディ口座の開設等について運用マネージャーや海外オペレーション担当と調整を行う
 ファンド監査や各種定例報告等の窓口として確認作業や実務を行う

Requirements
QUALIFICATION
-Essential-
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment operations at asset management company
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations including fund accounting is a must
• Familiar with business environment and regulations of Japan fund investment.
• Planning and Organizing
• Management Control
• Minimal requirements of language proficiency ( Japanese: native level / English: business level writing)
-Preferred-
• In-depth knowledge of T-STAR/TX system
• Comprehensive knowledge of fund investment including offshore funds
• Well handles an inquiry from outsourcer or trust banks about complex transactions or special factors
• Ability of trouble shooting; investigates into an impact of incident and smoothly resolves incident processing in fund accounting
• Effective communicator within the global operations team in teleconference.

外国投信を含むファンド投資に関する幅広い知識
特殊な銘柄や複雑な取引に関するアウトソース先や受託銀行から問い合わせ対応する知識・経験
トラブルシューティング：エラーなどが発生した際の影響の調査や対応する知識・経験
海外の同僚とのコミュニケーション（含電話）能力
