必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
•Partner with the APAC HR Director, outside counsel and other functions as necessary to reflect the company’s strategy into actions for recruitment.
•In charge of HR Strategy, talent management, succession planning and L&D.
•Coach and influence leaders and managers around people issues
•Partner with managers to drive engagement across the organization.
•Strong communication skills and team spirit
•Customer and detailed oriented.
