Job Description
This is a HR Business Partner position
-Operation and continuous improvement of evaluation system in anticipation of expansion and overseas expansion to 100, 500 people and beyond
Planning and implementation of training and human resource development system
Allocation of human resources within the company
Formulation and implementation of facilitation measures for internal communication
-Develop and implement engagement & motivation improvement measures
Management of personnel and Labor departments
-Labor risk Management
-Effective personnel system management
-Effective welfare system management
Requirements
HRBP experience
Fluency in both japanese and English
