HR Generalist - Tokyo
Great opportunity to work in an HR team where you will be responsible to assist formulating and implementing the company’s total reward strategy, salary benchmark, and any other HR initiatives concerning Compensation & Benefits in line with Regional / Global HR Plan and Business Strategies; also provide assistance in talent acquisition.
Requirements
•Extensive experience in HR, more specifically C&B/payroll or Recruitment
•Understands the practices, principles and procedures of C&B.
•Capable to communicate In English
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel knowledge)
•Strong inter-personal/communication skills and team spirit.
•Familiar with local labor law.
•Must be able to keep information confidential
•Proactive and able to think independently for the good of the team.
