Company Overview<br/>【Global Pharma Maker】Manager, LCM & Business Development, Oncology<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Manager, LCM & Business Development, Oncology<br/><br/>Contribute to positive outcome of negotiations; make significant deal and negotiation strategy structure recommendations <br/><br/>• Effectively assign, then monitor and influence the outcome of deals to be handled by directly reporting senior negotiators <br/>• Enhance the group's effectiveness in securing value-adding deals <br/>• Take a lead role in preparation and presentation of projects to be reviewed in DLT and DRM <br/>• Major role in challenging and validating strategic and financial rationale of projects • Communicate to the key deal drivers, risks and opportunities, and make clear recommendations <br/>• Forecasting, A&P control, KOL management, promotional materials review and NP4 compliance on EM products <br/><br/>• Quality management responsibility: <br/>ü Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures <br/>ü 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance <br/> Deliver Net Sales targets for major brands in the BF <br/> Analyze market situation and prepare actions <br/> Prepare 5-year Strategic Plan and the Integrated Product Strategy Plan (IDAPS), aligning within Japan and with Global Franchise strategy <br/> Develop solid brand positioning for each of major brands through by developing tactical plans aligning with other functions including medical, T-KAM, Sales planning and sales <br/> Prepare go-to-market plan and activities for any new products <br/> Drive enhanced medical expert engagement<br/> Build new capabilities in the organization (e.g., digital, account management) <br/> Drive associate engagement through continuous focus on high- performing teams, coaching and on managing work/life balance of the team <br/> Develop strong marketing talent pipeline and retain high potentials<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>応募資格 <br/>• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, related Science <br/><br/>Languages: <br/>Excellent Japanese & English communication ,negotiation skills (oral and verbal)<br/> At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a regulated pharmaceutical area; <br/>• First professional experience in project management, negotiation, business development;<br/>• Demonstrated history of success in previous roles/assignments ;<br/>• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively within the pharmaceutical business ;<br/>• Experience in working in an international and multi-disciplinary environment <br/>• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities <br/>• Excellent analytical ability and strategic thinking<br/><br/>
