Job Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the full employee life cycle process, talent attraction and recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits and be the advisor to Senior Management. This position will report to the HR Business Partner of APAC and Japan Country Manager.
Responsible for full HR operations in Japan (Tokyo & Osaka) and South Korea, managing all HR activities and be the point of contact for local Management and Regional Teams.
Provide accurate updates and reports to HRBP APAC, partner with key stakeholders to manage the Change Management process, implementation of Group Policies.
Partner with HRBP APAC on international assignments, competence development programs, career planning and any other HR Projects.
Advise Management on local best practices and ensure alignment of Japan labor law
Requirements
Degree with 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
Hands on experience in HR operations and partnering position.
Strong knowledge of local labor law and regulations.
Fluent in Japanese and Business English.
