Job Description
Job Scopes:
In charge of:
- Account receivable
- Account payables
- General Ledger (Capex, HR costs bookings, etc...)
- Accrual accounting
Reports to:
Finance and Accounting Manager of Christian Louboutin Japan

Requirements
Key responsibilities;
» Under supervision of Senior Accountant and Manager secure error-free bookkeeping, control appropriateness of bookings of the period (imputations, relevancy of accounts list).
» Participate in monthly and yearly closing in local Gaap
» Under supervision of manager ensure data and invoices circulation is appropriately enforced.
» Perform ad hoc tasks of data collection for analysis and reporting
» Responsible for maintenance of fix asset register
» Assist to cash management and cash forecasting in the framework of Group cash pooling
» Assist to document Accounting processes and policies
» Help for the bookings of HR costs
» Support fiscal bookings and pertaining documentation and declarations (VAT)
General/Administrative Duties:
» Perform ad hoc tasks of data collection for analysis and reporting.
» Provide help and advice other departments regarding relevant policies and practices.
Required Competencies/Behaviors;
- Japanese as native language. Written English. Fluency in spoken English a plus.
- Can-do attitude taking its share of daily spreadsheet work
- Attention to details, dependable with the ability to work well individually or as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset.
