Job Description
1. Implement new or changing existing benefit programs to improve competitiveness
2. Manage and guarantee accuracy of benefits overviews and information available on the company intranet
3. Track, review and support the administration including invoice control of benefits
4. Continuously search for improvements in data flows / automation opportunities in HR processes
5. Communicate information regarding policies and standards on Compensation and Benefits to internal stakeholders as needed
6. Prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes
7. Record employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
2. 5+ years’ experience in HR administrative management including payroll and C&B
3. General knowledge of Japan labour laws and practices
4. Business level verbal and written proficiency both in Japanese and English
5. Experience with service providers from the benefit sector
6. Competency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
