Job Description
・Basic HRGA Experience or knowledge
・Support leadership development activities for the company
・Provide a new point of view and innovative solution to the company
・Promote a culture of innovative thinking and continuous learning
・Cooperate with the company’s global development team
・Business level English or Above
*Japanese is not needed, but it could be an advantage
・HR業務に関する基礎的な業務・法的知識
・ゼロベースでの企画立案経験(HR研修プログラム関連であれば尚良し)
・多様な従業員と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、信頼関係を構築できる力
・積極的に新しい視点での提案や課題発見、課題解決ができる力
・出身企業の規模感、業種は不問
・ビジネス英語力(TOEIC800点以上目安) ※日常的に英語でコミュニケーションします。
