Job Description
The FP&A Manager will support the Finance Director and key stakeholders in the DTC (Direct to Consumer) area, by aligning closely with the business and leading the initiatives to create monthly forecasts, long term plan and annual budgets. He / She will support the DTC business by driving analysis and provide key insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
Required Experience/ Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP Expected Level of Functional Skills/Knowledge:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Finance knowledge and analysis skills
- ERP experiences preferred but not mandatory (SAP, Oracle equivalent)
- Experience in BI systems a plus

- Must be a Team player
- Must be able to work hands on
- Excellent computer and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
