Job Description
You will be responsible for implementing response for the group companies, promote support and monitor actions, implement and manage programs for compliance and legal. You you will also be responsible for implementing compliance trainings, making proposals for escalations for compliance issues, and be a key person for reporting bodies.
Requirements
- 10 yrs experience in compliance (insurance preferred but open to other financial backgrounds) or 3 years in legal functions in any industry
- good communication skills (Native Japanese, business english)
