International Beauty Company is looking for a legal staff to join their Japan team.

Job Description
You will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company as well as managing documentation. This would include drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and other legal documentation. You will also be responsible for providing assistance and guidance for litigation work. Other duties will include establishing subsidiaries and helping with liquidation procedures.
Requirements
- Law Degree from a leading institution or business legal practice certificate.
- More than 3 years working experience in a legal department (in either a corporate setting or in a law office)
- Excellent communication skills (Native Japanese and Fluent English)
- Work experience from a cosmetics or consumer goods manufacturer
