Job Description
Work closely with Japan Country Head, the Function Heads and Executive Committee
members in the development and implementation of the Business plan, highlighting
potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.
Translate the Functional Business plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their
Business; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
Be an active key member of local leadership team (appropriate to client level) and
proactively establish strong relationship with client group as well as the extended HR
community to understand their needs and requirements and challenges.
Be responsible, with Business Partners, for ensuring that the implementation of a
cohesive, HR strategy is in line with overall Business strategy.
Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s Business
plan.
Ensure Business Partners set and achieve regularly updated performance goals based
on business priorities.
