Job Description
This is Talent Acquisition Head position.
Managing the whole TA function whilst developing and executing strategic sourcing plans.
Develop and implement resourcing strategies partnering with HRBP's and senior business leaders.
Manage 3 internal TA and 5 RPO staff.
Requirements
Strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience in Large size company.
Worked in Foreign affiliated entities.
