Job Description
Future skills for him or her utilized in the development and deployment of test solutions, both hardware design of device under test , tester interface printed circuit boards and test program software, including:

－ Project leadership with customer and colleagues
－ Discovery of customer requirements and major care－about
－ Conceptual design of hardware, software and test cell integration
－ Electrical and mechanical hardware schematics
－ PCB ＆ hardware design inputs and requirements for interface hardware
－ Test program software development, often done in collaborative environment
－ Hardware and software debug
－ Evaluation and correlation on actual device samples
－ Release to production of the test solution involving production handler and prober equipment
－ Production support of the test solution
－ Developing new techniques and designs for characterizing and testing semiconductor devices
－ Demonstrate tester capability for customer evaluations
－ Assist customers with tester operation and capability
－ Provide and receive training, technical exchanges and technical papers.

【必須（MUST）】

－ Strong motivation growing market share of test systems is a MUST
－ Self－starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specific instruction is essential
－ Enjoy interaction with customers and acts professionally
－ Strong organizational, team work and multi－tasking skills required
－ English skills （verbal and written） are required for technical communication with internal overseas bases. Good communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge and a good understanding of cross cultural differences is a plus
－ Strong result, customer focus and ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust and respect
－ Fundamental knowledge for electric circuit and Semiconductor principle is required
－ Degrees of Electronic/Electrotechnics engineering or Science and Engineering
－ Required Microsoft Office suite

－ Ability to analyze problems in a logical manner, project management skill is a plus
－ Programming skill, especially in VBT/C＋＋ is a plus
