Job Description
This is a HR Labor relations expert position.
Support HRBP to handle individual labor cases.
Appropriately handles labor cases directly
Appropriately handles difficult labor cases under the supervision of supervisors
Manage the interface with relevant labor office and labor standard office
Manage the union relations
Coordinate meetings with labor unions.
Gather and analyze appropriate data (e.g. actual working time and demography etc.)
Create the materials for manager/employee education in terms of labor regulation.
Execute actions with union under the strategy set by Total Reward and Labor Relations manager and HRLT Japan
Support Compliance team on individual compliance investigation such as interviews and data provision.
