Job Description
Working as a HR Generalist but may utilize your specialist knowledge in a particular Human Resources functional area. (Depending on experience).
Will manage the day-to-day operations within the area and be responsible for implementing policies and managing the HR portal.
Member of a pool of Human Resources professionals working on diverse Human Resources/Business projects.
Advisory work responsibilities including case management, providing answers to employee's questions and queries, providing HR related information to employees, document management, monitoring and tracking employee's data, implementing global projects locally, conducting local projects in collaboration with local HR teams, participation in any Workday related projects and activities and participation in local policy updates
Requirements
Over 3 years working experiences in HR division at a global company
・Good communication skill
・English or Japanese capability (JLPT N1)
・Workday user experiences or HR systems
