Job Description
As the person in charge of the department in charge of the global evaluation, compensation, and grade system, you will be responsible for the design of various personnel systems, company-wide deployment, and operation fixation:
Global grade operation management, standardization of job evaluation process and governance.
Clarification, systematization and maintenance of personnel system related to the classification system.
Construction and operation of global remuneration system framework (salary system, bonus system, etc.), governance.
Management of global process of salary revision, bonus payout.
Design and operation of domestic welfare policy.
Culture and promotion of operations, standardization of processes and global expansion.
Creation and establishment of a mechanism for penetration of feedback culture.
Development of charter by type of mobility type and operation management.
Evaluation Compensation Office Organizational management. In addition to the above, you may be involved in personnel-related projects as appropriate.
