As HRBP, you will be mainly in charge of the following tasks.
・Design and operation of stock compensation system and incentive system
・Health insurance association, design and operation of corporate pension
・Corporate governance (design and operation of executive compensation)
・HR strategy planning, talent management, global HR management
・System design and operation of expatriates
Requirements
Requirements
・Those with more than 3 years of experience in human resources work at a manufacturer (especially welcome if you have experience in the work you leave to us)
・Experience of strategic personnel consultant and experience of data creation/result analysis of various reward surveys
・Graduate university/graduate school
・Language ability
Japanese: Native Level
English: Business Level (TOEIC 600 points standard)
